Excellent business hotel

This is an apartment hotel, very centrally located in the business district. My room was very large, and well equipped. There are two supermarkets close by, and lots of places to eat and drink within 10 minutes walking. My room was at the back of the building, so I had no traffic noise at all, even with the windows open. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The apartment was cleaned every day, by very friendly staff. There was a coffee machine in the room, which is always very nice. Nice sitting area for reading and watching tv as well.

Some of the cupboards were difficult to open, but this was very minor. Wifi was a bit patchy, and I had to revert to 5G modem for some Teams calls.

Great apartment for families visiting Lisbon

The idea to have your "own" Lisbon Apartment with parking was great for our family. Located in a quite but safe area in Lisbon near Avenida Liberdade was a great place for us to return after exploring the city

Great aparthotel for my family trip with eldery people

The apartment was well equipped and very spacious for adding one extra bed in the room. (The extra bed was very comfortable) Close to center and coffee shop for experience the local breakfast. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels and washed the dishes. The staffs were very friendly

There was a musty smell in the hall way but not in the apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment had plenty of space for our needs. Loved the sliding doors for privacy when needed, open they made the apartment have more space. Great location for exploring Lisbon. The staff on reception were very helpful, gave tips on vegan restaurants for my daughter.

Wonderful

We would especially thank you Sofia for helping us with a new bus booking to Porto. She was very, very helpful with information and so friendly. The room we had was spacious.

Despite the description saying double or twin beds and we made booking 3 months in advance, requested for twin beds twice but once check-in, what we requested was still unavailable.

Wonderful

Absolutely amazing. The location is perfect. A 15 min walk to populair sights or a quick uber drive. The room/apartment was very spacious, 2 seperate bedrooms and a lounge area. Very comfortable and large beds. Even a small kitchenette with all utensils at hand. Super clean and daily complimentary bottle of water provided. Will definitely stay here again on another Lisbon trip.

The feedback from staff were so prompt and they are friendly. The Room was clean and the location was perfect in 10 Minuten i can reach the center by foot, bus and metro. Their recommendation was cool. If you don’t have any plan, go to reception and ask them. Thank you for your friendly service

Brilliant hotel, location and staff. THANK YOU!

The property was clean and very well located. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me an upgrade when I got to the hotel. Around 10 minute walk to the metro and main avenue of high-fashion shops. The reception staff sat down with me to show me a map of Lisbon and their personal recommendations. I felt like the hotel and staff looked after me, especially as I was a solo traveller. 1000% I will be returning, thank you for a brilliant experience!

Prime is Indeed the Word for This Property!

We were greeted with the news of a surprise upgrade to a larger suite - WOW! Beautifully appointed rooms, well-furnished kitchen, and an extremely comfortable bed made us never want to leave. But leaving was okay, because of the wonderful central location. The front desk staff were truly amazing - very welcoming and very eager to share information about attractions, transport, etc. It was our last stay of a 5-city driving trip, and we felt like we didn't want to get on the cruise ship because we wanted to stay longer in this hotel.
